FAQ's

Do you only do makeup for weddings?

No! My team and I are available to glam for any & all occasions!

How far in advance should I inquire & book my wedding?

The best advice I can give is...DON’T WAIT! It is never too early to inquire with your preferred vendors and get an idea of their pricing and booking process. For me, I am typically booking weddings 12-18 months in advance. Wedding dates are not secured without a signed contract and deposit.

Do you offer airbrush services?

Aimee does not offer airbrush services. However, don’t let that deter you from booking! Airbrush is just another technique used to apply your makeup. Between my skill set and product conjunction I can get the same application, if not better using traditional products.

Kristin offers airbrush! (see under meet the team)

What makeup brands do you use/

What is your favorite makeup brand?

Do you offer wedding trials/should I get one?

While wedding trials aren’t mandatory, they are HIGHLY recommended to perfect your wedding day inspired look. They are included in the Luxe Wedding Package.

There is no one size fits all brand.  We believe in brand diversity to pack our kits with the best of what each brand has to offer. All of our kit products are professional quality and includes carefully tested selections from pro only brands as well as luxury and prestige consumer brands. Some of my favorites are; DIOR, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, ERA BEAUTY, NARS, RCMA, Graftobian, Fenty etc.

Where do you do your trials?

I do trials in my home studio in Baltimore, MD!

Do you travel for weddings?

Of course! I travel all over the DMV! The first 25 miles (round trip) from my address in Baltimore are included in my rates. After that, I charge $0.62 per mile. All parking fees (tolls, parking, valet, etc.) must be covered, as well.

Lodging accommodations are required for certain bookings.

How much time does makeup take?

We reserve one-two hours for makeup depending on the desired look. Our artists typically arrive 15-30 minutes before the first appointment to set up.

How can I pay my deposit?

Our contracts and deposits are made via our booking software, Honeybook. Most of our clients reserve their date with a credit card.

I have a large wedding party,

will you bring an assistant?

A second artist is necessary for larger groups or parties with time constraints. Each additional artist is an additional $150 fee. Aimee will make arrangements concerning the planning, scheduling, and traveling for the artistry team. She will also provide a makeup schedule with the assigned artists two (2) weeks before the wedding.
